This allows you to use the factory default setting on a fast cycle (cycyling at first and second stage--1.2 to .75 degrees F). Then the slower cycle moves to 1.5 and 1.2 degrees F. Select Backlit Display provides a contrast for your eyes in a dim room. THE CODED KEYPAD LOCKOUT FEATURE ALLOWS YOU TO STAY IN CONTROL OF THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE.
